The National Running Show is a home for runners, no matter how far or fast you go. Held at the NEC, Birmingham on the 21-22 January 2023 for the biggest community meet up of the year.
The Show will play host to a stellar line-up on the Inspiration Stage with names including Eilish McColgan, Dina Asher-Smith, Colin Jackson, Gary Robbins and Dean Karnazes and will be hosted by running royalty Iwan Thomas and Susie Chan. After hearing the inspiring stories on the main stage, visitors can attend informative sessions running throughout the two days on the Running Skills Theatre, hosted by Anna Harding, and will include sessions from some of the industry’s most experienced professionals covering themes including nutrition, hydration, training and mental health. For those who live in a world beyond 26.2 miles, the Ultra Zone Stage, hosted by Bad Boy Running, will give visitors the opportunity to hear from some of their long distance idols.
What is a Run Show without a little retail therapy? With top brands including HOKA, adidas, Garmin, 2XU, iPRO, Ronhill, Saucony, Ordnance Survey, ASICS, Coros, Mizuno and Runderwear exhibiting at the event visitors can get all of the latest kit they need to prepare themselves for a successful 2023, as well as face-to-face access to brand professionals to ensure that the gear purchased is right for their needs.
