**Terms and Conditions for the S-Cape Travel Competition (the “Competition”)**1.These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general terms and conditions for competitions found at: https://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/competition-general-terms-and-conditions (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.
2.Entries must be submitted during the following entry period: from 9.00 a.m. on 17 November 2022 (the “Start Time”) to 11:59 p.m. on 23 December 2022 (the “End Time”).
3.Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid.
4.This Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over on date of entry.
5. One winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”): There is 1 prize consisting of 2 places on an 8 day self guided trek right across the Picos de Europa which includes 7 nights accommodation in twin or double room or in shared dormitory in mountain refugio (5 nights hotels, 1 night in hostel, 1 night in mountain refugio), 7 breakfasts, 5 dinners, luggage transfers as applicable, airport transfers from Santander Airport. All attending the trip must be aged 18 or over. Worth £1,100.
6. The Prize must be taken in 2023 between 01 May 2023 and 15 Oct 2023, excluding dates between 25 July 2023 and 31 August 2023. The Prize must be booked by 28 February 2023.
7. All valid entries will be pooled and the winner will be chosen by random draw shortly after the End Time.
8. The winner will be contacted shortly after the End Time by email. However, if the winner does not respond within 7 days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them then we will re-draw an alternative winner.
9. Entries are restricted to one entry per person.
10. Should a prize winner's contact details change, it is their responsibility to notify us.

12.Entry is free of charge.
13. The Prize is provided by S-Cape Travel UK Limited (the “Prize Provider”). We are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or the entirety of the Prize due to their own circumstances or restrictions. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
14. Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.
