How to get fit & flexible

Want to tone those scrambling muscles, sort out your heavy breathing and increase your fitness? Well, the answer may lie in a much more relaxing, less sweaty place than you think. Last month, Trail’s Matt Swaine started a yoga regime – just 20 minutes a day – with the aim of getting fitter and more flexible for the hills.
