Take on the BHF's famous London to Brighton Trek which takes you from the nation’s capital, through beautiful scenery before finishing by Brighton beach.
Sign up and take on the ultimate endurance event, walking 100km continuously through the day and night (equating to 145,000 steps) to help fight against heart disease. This event will be a great experience for those looking for the ultimate challenge, who are ready to put in plenty of training and enjoy what is going to be a serious test of both your mental and physical stamina.
It's suggested that you start training at least three months before the event, building up your distance mile by mile. The BHF offer a brand new training guide that can help you with training schedules, fundraising, footwear plus much more.

Your entry fee covers the cost of organising the event, but it's the money you raise that powers the British Heart Foundation's life saving research. Previous Heart Trekkers have raised £400 for this event, many aim towards raising £500 and joining the '500 Club', where you will receive a jersey on event day which you can wear with pride knowing you're a champion fundraiser. Take on British Heart Foundation's brand new day walk for 2018 – starting at Kempton Park Racecourse, you'll walk alongside London to Brighton trekkers, taking in beautiful scenery along the River Wey before arriving in Cranleigh.
