A decent pair of lightweight trousers, excellent on summer days, and with a bit of in-built stretch that makes them good for travelling too. Recent hiking trips to Turkey’s Lycian Way proved their usefulness, both on a plane and on the trail, whilst taking up very little luggage weight. That lighter weight does mean that they are better suited to warmer conditions, and aren’t really suitable for winter walking in the UK. The fabric is great, stretching well as you move without riding up and not looking overly technical either. They are also among the quickest-drying. They are a little more expensive than comparable models, however.
