Considering this daysack only retails at £25, you get pretty much all the features you would need for a day out on the hill, including a ventilated back system. The front pocket is a great size and will allow easy access to a map, while bellows side pockets allow you to compress both them and the rest of the pack if you don’t fill it completely. Other luxury features that you would not normally expect for so little money include hydration system facilities, a rain cover and attachments for your walking poles. This is a lot for your dosh. But the fabric on the body of this pack is really stiff, while the base is too flimsy. It’s as if it’s constructed the wrong way round. This leaves it vulnerable to wear and too stiff to use in places like the pockets.
