Scrambling on Carnedd Dafydd - the Grib Lem Spur

Earlier this year Trail headed over to North Wales to tackle the dark side of Carnedd Dafydd.

More specifically, Editor Simon Ingram, writer Ben Weeks and photographer Tom Bailey aimed to ascend the north face of Carnedd Dafydd via the Grim Lem Spur - an easy going but relatively exposed grade 1 scramble.

The trip is featured in the August issue of Trail magazine, but it was also the first outing for the GoPro sponsored Trailcam.

Initially worn by Ben, then transferred to Tom to avoid it being in the photos, the camera was used to film the entire scramble from bottom to top.

Obviously a couple of hours watching hands on rock would be dull, so this is an abbreviated, streamlined version of the video that was recorded.

Hope you like it.
