: A lightweight jacket that employs stretch panelling in key areas to aid movement. Here it is used across the top of the back and around the lower part of the hood. It really helps with stretching and reaching, and the hood stretch allows it to move with your head when the hood is pulled tight on blustery, showery days on the hill. The hood itself works well enough, although it doesn’t have a stiffened peak to keep its shape. The collar is kept separate from the hood, which does help to keep the wind out from around your neck, although a lack of adjustment to the brushed collar means it’s difficult to get a proper seal.
