With Haglöfs gear we have come to expect a blend of simplicity, functionality and design flair – and this 3-season down sleeping bag is no exception. The first joy is that the zip does not snag all the time, and this has been achieved without using heavier fabrics next to the zip. The neck baffle can be attached together using the Velcro on each side, which can then be stuck together when not in use so you don’t get scratched. The neck baffle can also be drawn in, and there are baffles on each side of the zip to keep out draughts. The hood is not overly deep, and it fits well when draw in. To finish there is a small pocket inside to keep valuables close at hand and safe. But although the stuffsack is a suitable size and easy to pack, the packed result is big. This bag would have really benefited from a compression stuffsack. It is also one of the heaviest bags, as well as being very roomy in the width for anyone who has a slim build.
