A mid-cuffed, low-sitting boot, with reasonable amounts of flex in the toe make the Vioz Lite a boot that’s ideal for low to mid-level walks, and a good one at that. Excellent amounts of shock absorption under the heel really help to make them feel lively on the trail. Grip is good over most terrain with well-spaced lugs in the Vibram sole. There is no rand to speak of so they can scuff a bit at the front, although there is a raised toe protecting rubber cap that stops the worst.
