This multi-activity shoe comes at a superb price for what you’re getting. The V-Lite Radar eVent is very light and yet it boasts the key features that anyone heading outdoors might find useful. Firstly it has a waterproof upper, thanks to its eVent lining. The toe box is very stiff, so it will provide good protection on rocky ground. Underfoot you get good cushioning plus adequate stiffness, so wearing these on rocky ground or hard surfaces is very comfortable. The lug pattern is reasonably good too for mud and grass slopes. This is a decent, all-round shoe that is lightweight, waterproof and practical for a wide range of activities.
However, the laces are a bit short, which is a little annoying. Also, we found the fit quite close in terms of length and width, so you might want to try a size up from normal (and those with wider feet may find these do not fit them so well).
