TRAIL editor Matt Swaine sets out to discover just how much further a Mountain Guide (in this case Alan Hinkes, first Briton to summit all the world's 8000m peaks) can stretch an ordinary walker's skills, on the daunting Aonach Eagach ridge in Glen Coe. This trip is described in full in the Feb 08 issue of Trail, but you can't beat the video for atmosphere.
