Sorry, I know we've overdone the whole Bear Grylls thing recently but we couldn't ignore this!

This is a snippet from his latest series of Man Vs Wild and involves him inserting a tube into his behind.

Quite how desperate you'd have to be to actually do this in the wild, lord only knows.

It looks a tad painful and certainly makes drinking through the mouth seem fairly desirable.
