Outdoor Show 2008 Highlights

Just who is the author of the introduction above that says: quote 'marines who think they’re um, mountaineers...' unquote? I have 10 Marines stood behind me here at work, wanting to rip said persons arms off and beat him to death with the soggy ends!! Maybe they could just 'join in' a RM winter Mountain training package? or better still just 'tag along' in the mountains and hills of Afghanistan??

I've only been walking for the last 18months or so, and have to say that, that was the first time i've been to the outdoor show, i thought it was great, and even better having started a recent Buff collection that there was a stall there too, needless to say i had to buy another and even bought myself a Buff umberella, (how chuffed was i??) my collection is gettin bigger, and was gutted that i missed Jules.. :-( I'm looking forward to the next one..

I need a communication port on my jacket, and two hydration sockets on my sack, don't Berghaus realise those crappy designed tunnels are a pain to feed your hydro tube through in the cold, oh sorry Ator range question should be do we need our Camelbaks to be on the street now.

Naff video, what was the point of it? I went to the show and was a little disappointed, manufacturers we conspicuous by their absence.
