This video should raise the heartbeat in time for the Cliffhanger festival in Sheffield this weekend.

This year's event will feature come-and-try-it climbing walls, the British Bouldering Championships, skateboarding demos, films, lectures, a mini-marathon and much more.

It takes place on Saturday and Sunday, 11th and 12th July, from 10.30am to 6.30pm each day.
