Do you have what it takes to create action packed adventure films alongside one of the world’s leading production companies this summer?

Kendal Mountain Festival’s Adventure Film Academy is offering a paid internship to one student that shows outstanding talent and dedication during their five day summer film-making workshop.
 
The winner will get the chance to work as part of the Atlantic Productions team, creators of The Wildest Dream - following George Mallory’s fateful climb on Everest - and get some great hands on industry experience, vital for any aspiring filmmaker!
The Kendal based course, which will run from the 21st-25th of July, will teach students basic film production techniques, with a focus on camerawork, sound recording and editing. The final 48 hour Film Marathon will see students create their own short film which will be submitted into Kendal Mountain Festival’s film competition and for the internship with Atlantic Productions.

The Academy is run by the film industry’s leading adventure and extreme film professionals who have worked on such projects as Touching the Void. Lectures will be hosted by internationally renowned mountaineers and adventurers.
