That's the promise of the highest bidder for the derelict Sleddale Hall - made famous in cult comedy classic Withnail and I.
Cumbrian businessman Seb Hindley apparently beat bids from Kate Moss and Chris Evans to secure the property for £265,000.
He plans to keep the farmhouse's authentic look, will ensure access is only by foot and wants the building to be welcoming to visitors.
Seb said: "I aim to preserve Sleddale Hall: Firstly for the community, Secondly for those with an interest in the film, I do not intend to restrict their access, within reason."
