Ranulph Fiennes can't read maps!


This is according to the Daily Mirror, which was covering the story of his wife organising an endurance race.

The paper quoted her as saying: "Ran will be there when I cross the line but he won’t be crewing – unbelievably, he can’t read a map."

Sir Ranulph Fiennes has just recently become the oldest Briton to climb Everest - I wonder if he used a GPS?!
