Could far-infrared rays help to heal your injuries?

Sportswear firm Accapi has developed clothing that emits far-infrared rays (FIR) while you're wearing it. FIR are invisible rays of light and Accapi says its new Nexus range that features FIR can, among other things, increase your blood flow, increase oxygenation and accelerate recovery and rehabilitation.
