Teko Socks, which went down a storm in the US market, are available to buy in the UK as of this month.

North American firm Teko has been widely lauded for its use of planet-friendly processes and environmentally sustainable materials since its launch in 2004.

The socks are made using organic and recycled fibres, washed in ozone instead of chlorine, and manufactured using 100% wind energy. Delivery emissions are then offset by the company (though they’re sure to increase when they start shipping them across the pond to us!)

"Walk the walk"

“The company is run by sports people who have a need for performance products,” said Gordon Fraser, Managing Director at Anatom, Teko’s UK distributor.

“Based at the foot of the Rockies in Boulder, Colorado, they have the perfect testing ground for high-performance designs and materials, so unlike other sock companies, they walk the walk.”

Within the next couple of months you’ll also be able to get your mitts on the Summit series, specially designed for the European market to get the maximum amount of virgin wool on the skin for added moisture control and comfort.
