I have owned a Tadpole 23 for a few years and have used on both wild camping and campsites. On a positive i would say it is very strong, having used in 70mph winds it stood the test with only a slight permanent bend in the alloy poles. On the downside i have found it is not the most waterproof of tents... Click here for full product review and star rating

My review is for a fairly recently purchased Montane Prism 2.0 in steel. It is perhaps best viewed as a replacement for a fleece and a more versatile one at that. It isn't stonkingly warm but you can wear it while active i.e. walking and you really do heat up nicely when you do that. It is wind-proof... Click here for full product review and star rating |

These versatile mountain pants have served me well over the last few months. Worn on multi-day adventures in Snowdonia covering the Welsh 3000s, and Winter Climbing on the North Face of Pen Y Fan in the Brecon Beacons. In desperately cold weather I wear a long john style base layer underneath... Click here for full product review and star rating |
