Clothing aftercare specialists Granger’s have joined an elite circle of suppliers by winning the Bluesign standard for their eco-friendly working practices.
It's an independent quality standard which is only awarded to firms which show a commitment to sustainability in their daily operation.
The aim of the Bluesign is to ensure greener working practices so that future generations benefit from an intact environment, without compromising on functionality, quality or design.

Granger's, who make waterproofing and cleaning products for everything from base layers to fleeces to boots, are one of only a handful of UK companies to have won the accreditation.
The testing process for gaining Bluesign recognition is rigorous, and involves thorough chemical analysis as well as an evaluation of a firm's green credentials at every level of the business.
No hazards
Bluesign's Peter Waeber said: "Granger's is an ideal Bluesign supporter because their product lines meet all aspects of the Bluesign standard.
"They are proof that high-tech and functional textiles and sustainability are by no means exclusive. In fact, today they go hand in hand."
Granger's MD Karolina Jones said: "We're absolutely delighted to have gained this recognition. The label 'Bluesign Approved' means all risks are minimised and our products pose no hazard to people or the environment."
