Bear Grylls launches new Craghoppers range

Wilderness survival expert Bear Grylls has put his name to the centrepiece clothing of Craghoppers' spring and summer range.

Bear, star of Born Survivor, will launch the new range - appropriately titled the Bear Grylls Survival Collection, later this month.

The firm worked with the former Army reserve officer and Everest mountaineer to create "apparel and equipment which is strong enough to see him througth his adventures".


Say Craghoppers: "The Bear Grylls at Craghoppers clothing range is an evolution. Each season, both parties will bring together their own experiences to create a range which satisfies the performance of an outdoor enthusiast combined with the contemporary stylish needs of a younger and growing outdoor market."

The collection consists of clothing that is actually worn by Bear throughout his upcoming Channel 4 series of Born Survivor.


The Nosquito product range is a particular favourite of Bear's and was essential kit throughout his trek across the Moab desert for the series. The long sleeved shirt has a strong, durable rip stop construction, fast drying, full protection SolarDry UPF40+ fabric and permanent moisture control and of course protection from mosquitoes.
