Here are three videos that must be watched in order.

They are both distressingly awful and side splittingly wonderful.

Video 1 sets the scene from Star Trek 5: The Final Frontier, where Captain Kirk is trying to climb El Capitan in Yosemite National Park.

Video 2 is an interview with William Shatner (who plays Captain Kirk, of course) talking about that scene - it'll make your jaw drop... but only watch as much as you can bear!

Video 3 features clips of that interview ingeniously put to music.

Just to warn you Video 3 is a bit risque but we love it here and we're sure it'll make you chuckle...
