Ticks, midges and other pests - The Sigg Tuesday Quiz

Do you know the best way to pull a blood sucking tick out of your skin, or how to avoid getting bitten by a mob of sneering midges?

They may not be big but these little beasties sure know how to make our lives hell.

This week's quiz will give you essential tips on how to avoid them and what to do if they do pop up unannounced and unwanted on your hike.

Some of the questions in the quiz are from Call out Mountain Rescue - a pocket guide to safety on the hill written by Mountain Rescue (England and Wales).

Once you've finished this quiz you then have the chance to have a go at our prize question. Get it right and your name will be put in the hat to win one of 10 Prism violet 1.0litre Sigg bottles.
