Speaking after being notified of his win, Archie said "Winning the equipment is amazing. I will use it to help me shoot short films here in Prague and to develop my own director/cinematographer reel."

The runner-up was a portrait of Portland, Heart of the Jurassic Coast in Dorset by Stuart Morris, a local historian in Portland and amateur film-maker. Other finalists came from Lossiemouth in Moray, Mablethorpe in Lincolnshire and Whitby & Scarborough.
