Almost every flower, tree and mushroom has a use and a story attached.
On this two day course you will live out in the woods, sleeping under a lightweight shelter and cooking over open fires.
You will be shown how to identify edible and poisonous plants, learn which species are good for medicine, cordage, making fire, insect repellent, natural glues, soap and even dyes.
But it's not just a plant identification course - You'll also be shown how to prepare and cook wild game and fish using various wilderness cookery techniques.
