If you go to the Paramo site:

... and follow the drop-down menu Paramo Range > Size Chart...

... you'll find a PDF with a comprehensive listing of sizes, Fuera jackets included. They're very accurate, so as long as you measure your chest size properly you should be fine. Just make sure you're looking at the second page, which is Men's sizes, not the first page which is Ladies'. I've made that mistake before!

 Probably a daft question, but how do I go on with returns if it doesn't fit?

My Fuera smock is a bit big (especially the sleeves), so i'd want to go down a size for the Fuera Ascent, but can't get to a Paramo retailer to try one on...
