The walk in from Glenn A'Chaolais is pleasant in the trees but very boggy once you are on open ground. Wind and low cloud prevented me from reaching the summit back in the summer but the ridge from the bealach East towards Sgurr Dhearg was in my opinion very nice. It was steep, long and narrow enough to be interesting while still being a comfortable walk. I didn't find any exposure although as I have said I didn't go all the way. From Glencoe the most immediately attractive feature is the North ridge which looks like it might be practicable but is omitted from the BMC guide to the Munros. I give it four out of five stars for each category. I have added a review in spite of turning back because noone else has and I thought it was a great place to walk that I would recommend to a friend.
