You might be forgiven for taking this Munro as a big lump if you go via Coire an Lochain. But come at it from Beinn Achaladair up through Coire Daingean, this will give you a much better walk and if the weather is with you the views are out of this world. As for the desent back tract along the ridge to Coire Daiggean.
