Although modest in proportions, this hill's a cracker. Steady ascent up 'the Sron' (Sron a'Gharbh Choire Bhig)from the A861 roadside, with unexpected scrambly bits (which are mainly avoidable if you don't like hands-on-rock)gets you to a grandstand view of the summit crag (not to mention shed-loads of hills, including those of Glencoe, the Mamores, the Ben itself, & if you turn around, Skye, Mull & other isles. A quick drop to the bealach & a stiff pull to the rocky summit. Drop back to the bealach & either head Eastish steeply down into Coire an Iubhair (lots of steep loose scree & then follow the valley bottom to the road) or South & traverse steep heather slopes to meet the road 2 or 3 km W of your start point. Summary, big rocky lump, awesome cliffs, fantastic views.
