LFTO Review
A jagged, twin-headed hill of a similar ilk to nearby An Teallach, Beinn Dearg Mòr is nonetheless a fine peak in its own right, rising abruptly from Loch na Sealga, and the nearby bothy of Shenavall. The sharp ridgeline offers great perspectives on its larger neighbour to the north-east.
Best route: from Corrie Hallie (NH114850). It’s an idea to stay at the perfectly situated Shenevall Bothy (NH065809) and climb An Teallach too
