LFTO Review

Wainwright: "The rough slopes delight the eye... intermingling of crag, conifer, juniper and bracken.”

A great little fell, always a delight. Only a couple of miles from the centre of Grasmere so a good short walk if you don't have a lot of time. But if you want a full day carry on to Blea Rigg, Sergeant Man and circuit back to Grasmere via Easdale or Helm Crag. A nice walk on days when the higher tops are covered in cloud.
