A very unusual walk this,as it doesnt link up to any other peaks, but well worth a look.
The initial climb up through the forestry is a bit steep for beginners, but the path is easy to follow, just keep heading straight up and you can't go wrong!!!But,beware,as the path can be very muddy and slippy on a wet autumnal morning,as I found out!!Once on the top,it is an easy stretch over to trig point, with amazing 360degree views over the Black mountains,Brecon Beacons,Monmouth, and Herfordshire.Overall a perfect morning stroll to blow away those cobwebs!!
