Been up a few times now and it's always great.
The best route is to park in Rosebush and follow the bridleway up through the forsetry land in a notherly direction
As you come out on to the open land after the forestry land, it's a bit boggy and the logs that have been thrown accross the worst parts aren't the greatest of use.
The summit on a clear day gives views that are quiet suprising for such a 'small hill'.You can see virtualy all of Pembrokeshire and on the clearest of clear days you can see the Black Mountains and the Gower.
After the summit, just keep following the path down to the south. There is a deotur via a cheese farm before you get back into Rosebush if you're interested. After the Pembs Coastal Path, this makes for a great change of scenery.
