Sealskinz socks and gloves are well-established wet weather gear. The Sealskinz Activity glove features a Porelle waterproof membrane. There’s also a leather palm for extra durability. The wrist is quite short and a close fit with a Velcro fastening that allows it to slip easily inside a cuff of a waterproof jacket. The glove provides plenty of dexterity, and you also get a nose wipe and abrasive grip on the trigger forefinger. Some reflective piping adds to the benefits of this glove for night action. Use this for biking, scrambling and general outdoor use, and it could be ideal. But the Sealskinz Activity does not have as much insulation as others, so it is not ideal for the coldest winter summits. The wrist cuff is quite short too, potentially leaving skin exposed in this area. So not ideal for climbing or deep snow use when you need maximum protection.

Verdict
The Sealskinz Activity is superb value for walking due to close fit; ability to fit under jacket cuff make this ideal for general wet winter weather.

I bought these gloves as I have a problem with my fingers going white at the first sign of cold. On my first outing the gloves soaked up the rain and didn't stop the wind so I seriously lost the use of both hands at 700m. Completely spoiled my day.

Yesterday I tried sealskins activity gloves in rein and I have discovered that they not waterproof at all instead product started absorbing water like sponge after 10 minutes of riding a bicycle.
