The Westcomb Specter weighs 326g (size L); eVent; extremely waterproof and breathable; a basic design of just one pocket and a front zip; hood has large stiffened peak and volume adjuster; excellent hood fit and movement. But high price for features; no stiff wire on peak; very small external pocket; fabric quite noisy.
Verdict: The Westcomb Specter is a relatively high price for what you get, but it’s a good lightweight jacket if you don’t need extra features.
