I found the fit pretty awful. They keep slipping down my waist and I wish they had belt loops rather than a shock cord. They don't have flies, but they do have full length zips down the sides. The velcro fits well around the ankles but knees feel like they're pulling.
They have a huge rear pocket to use as a stuff sack, & came in a over sized stuffsack which I use for my jacket. These trousers are also a little thick and heavy. My legs are usually wet from sweat rather than rain.
I made the mistake of washing with detergent after their first use, & they have never been as waterproof since, despite using wash-in proofer.
