Purchased one of these in a sale for £34.
Works well on the hill and copes in light rain and wind.
I usually wear it with the fleecy side next to the skin, I haven't tried it the other way around.
A little heavier than a fleece or my VR softshell which is what I'd normally throw on when the weather turns a little dull or when resting in windy conditions. It's extremely comfortable and feels fairly bombproof and rugged.
As mentioned above, it's not stylish but I'm happy with it.
Not sure I'd pay the £60 price tag, but for 34 quid it's definately worth it which is why I've given it 5 stars for VFM.
