A midweight top that seems best-suited to slightly cooler conditions. The inside of the fabric is lined with a waffle-effect finish to the Polartec Power Dry fabric, which not only helps trap a bit of heat but also helps draw moisture up and away from the skin. The fabric also has a decent amount of built-in stretch that gives it added comfort levels when moving. The cut is fairly generous, so you don’t have to be an Adonis to wear it without fear of a belly hanging out. Comfort is also boosted with a soft collar and flatlock stitching that avoids any areas of major rubbing. Although it does use Cocona technology to reduce odour build-up after a few uses, the smell does begin to creep out more than in a merino top.
