These are well-fitting in the waist, with a stretch panel and a belt supplied, but the legs are very baggy. The polycotton fabric is tough but quite soft in feel, and there’s no stretch at all so movement isn’t as easy as some. In their favour, they are convertible – ideal for summer – and the zips don’t irritate. They also do a good job of repelling a bit of moisture as well as looking casual enough for everyday use. Good-sized cargo pocket and excellent value for money.
