The Analogy fabric felt wonderfully soft and comfortable against the skin, but not as stretchy as some and the drawcord waist was fiddly. Good waterproofing and breathable, too. But quite hot, even with the leg zips open, and also quite heavy and not as easy to move in as some.

Verdict: Wonderful, warm and waterproof trousers that breathe well but are best-suited to very cold weather, excelling in rain or snow. A lot of money but top performance.

HAving been an avid fan of all things Paramo for a couple of years now, I thought it time to spread the word! These have been the best trousers i have ever owned and they get put through thee paces almost everyday 6 months of the year. Be it Climbing or working, walking etc they have never let me down. I have also never experienced water being "Forced through" the materials even in the mostharsh conditions (Sitting out in Dartmoor on wet ground for 2 hours) not a wet backside in sight.
