Had these for about one year. Great in winter. Warm and wind proof. Let me down in very heavy rain when they let the water in very quickly and they where reproofed.
Good venting down the leg but overall very baggy and not something youll ever look 'cool' in. Too heavy for summer.
Another issue is what to do with gaiters. If you wear the gaitors on the outsde the water will run into your boot. If you wear them under your trouser then your trouser gets dirty and you legs are sweety and uncomfortable.
For me I prefere a traditional seperate water proof trouser.
