Millet Gokyo Peak 2009

£60.00

LFTO rating rating is 3
Owners' rating rating is 4.5

Millet Gokyo Peak trousers are brilliant value for money; very stretchy Shoeller soft shell fabric pant; very light (349g, size 12); comfy brushed waist; 2 side mesh vented pockets; good wide-cut thigh. But very strange mesh pocket at the side of the right knee; difficult to shut without 2 hands; could do with larger grip pulls for gloved hands; no way of pulling in the trouser at the ankles; annoying front mid-thigh stitched seam.

Verdict: Millet Gokyo Peaks are great-value, lightweight pants for all-season walking.

I've just bought a pair of these pants and thought they were great value although mine cost £63 and were marked down from £70 which the shop claimed was the RRP. They functioned well on a hot, humid day with a couple of light showers. They allowed the sweat to escape and kept the rain at bay. My only concern was with the seams that run across the knee area as they felt as if they might cause chafing but so far so good!
