This 2-person backpacking tent pitches inner-first with two poles slipping easily through sleeves on the inner. The fly goes over the top and there is good adjustment to allow easy peg placement and tensioning of the tent. There’s a porch and entrance on each side of the tent too, making this ideal for two campers. The outer doors roll to the side and are easily secured. Each porch has space for a rucksack or you could squeeze in two ’sacks into one porch if you wanted to use the second porch for cooking and easy access. The inner doors are mesh and roll to the top to provide easy access to the inner that allows two to sit up in the middle of the tent. All that for a weight of 2100g and £180 is superb. But this is an inner-pitched-first tent, so it is not ideal in wet weather. The pegs are very rough on the hands too. There is a 14cm gap between the flysheet and the ground, which when combined with the predominantly mesh inner makes this feel chilly in windy weather. The outer doors cannot be opened from the top to add extra ventilation when cooking in the porch.
Verdict: Buy it if you want a spacious lightweight tent with twin porches for use in calm weather when the drawbacks won’t be important.

Not bad. But you'd be better off with a real 2 man tent than this glorified coffin! Better still, for summer camping/wild camping going solo.... Get a MSR Zoid 1
