Review
A very lightweight tent that pitches very easily as you just slip a couple of poles into the sleeves around the outside of the outer, and a couple of guy lines and pegs finish the task. Ladder-lock adjusters around the base allow easier tensioning too. This is a single-skin tent without a porch, so once you open the outer door you immediately gain access to the inner. The outer doorway zips open and rolls to the top. You can also open the outer door from the top to take a sneaky look at the weather before emerging. The inner is very wide at the widest point, but narrow at the foot. So two can sleep inside here and just about sit up as well. This tent is about 50cm longer than most tents, so it’s ideal for those over 6ft who struggle to find a long enough tent! But this tent is described as weighing 1.5kg, but with the stuffsack and pole repair sleeve it came to 1630g on our scales. It does not have a porch and is only single-skin. The pegging points are not extended with cords or webbing, so getting the pegs in can be hard work if there are stones in the way.

Verdict
A very lightweight tent that is exceptionally long and can sleep two, but the lack of a porch and the single-skin design are drawbacks in some weather conditions.
