well i am 5ft 11in and can sit up ok in mine.. personally i like a bag with a top zipmainly due to me sleeping on my side. have bought the x-lite 600 and 800 at best the 800 is a warm weather bag, but combine it with the 600 + silk liner + rab bivy and you have a 4 season setup which is a great way to go ... there is no need to have a 4 season bag, in my view layers work much better and are often cheaper than buying an all in one. summer use gelert 600 maybe add the liner if a bit cold. anyway the 800 really could do with a wind baffle ... but hey who is moaning for a couple of quid you can make and insert your own ... good quality mid range products wp gelert !
