Osprey Talon 22

£60.00

LFTO rating rating is 5
Owners' rating rating is 4.5

This is a contemporary looking pack that seems bigger than its quoted 22L and certainly swallowed a full day’s high-mountain walking inventory without any problems. It’s very light, mainly due to the Airscape back system, which looks basic but is actually very effective; spreading heavy loads well and keeping the back surprisingly cool. The zipped main opening is huge – making packing and accessing a cinch, and it has a number of useful pockets. The hydration reservoir is slotted into a pocket outside the main pack – a real bonus if it should leak at all – and the small pockets on the hip fins are useful for suncream etc.

Capacity: 22L
Main compartment: Zipped
Back system: Channelled
Other features: Walking pole holders, hydration system-compatible, compression straps

Hi. Can't find anything here about (my) Talon 33 unfortunately.. 22 version is the closest one so here we are :)! Shortly - amazing pack really, great for a day or even 2days long trips. Versatile.. but more for hiking, trekking, cycling, every day use.. - I use Deuter Guide 35+ for rough things (climbing). very cool back system.. and long back system - i have a long torso, always in trouble finding a good, fitted pack, for example Atmos 35 In Large is too short for me, and this Talon in m/l is fine. really good pack - just didn't have a chance yet to try it in rain (hope is not going to leak). A bit expensive at around £90 IMO but on the other hand - what's not? Recommended.
