Osprey Stratos 32

£75.00

LFTO rating rating is 5
Owners' rating rating is 5

This daysack from Osprey has the excellent AirCore concave back system, which does a great job of minimising contact with your back, yet still feels supportive. The shoulder straps and hip belt also have just the right amount of padding for a pack of this size. Although only 32 litres, it will easily swallow your kit. Light and well-built, it has lots of useful features, such as a front stretch pocket – perfect for a map or wet waterproof – side access to the main compartment, and roomy side pockets.

Verdict: A light, comfortable and superbly featured pack that’s difficult to criticise. Expensive but worth it, so if you can afford it, buy it!

I just LOVE this 'sac. Being tall, the long, thin design works really well for me, it feels like it really clings to my back. And even when it's stuffed full it never takes on a bulky quality, and once it's on your back you barely notice the weight of everything you've stuffed it. and one of the best things with these Osprey sacs is that the cancave airflow system can take a hydration bladder, saving precious space in the main compartment. Oh and those handy little pockets on the waist strap - lip salve, compass, whistle, wine gums, beer money, all right where you can get at 'em!
