A modern-looking, lightweight pack, the Stratos pushed the best rucksacks hard. The main compartment is accessed via a long zip that offers easy access, but at 22L, it’s one of the smaller packs in this category. The harness is wonderfully comfortable with mesh straps that always felt cool and supportive and an effective concave back system that enabled a good airflow without holding the weight too far away from the back. It has a few useful pockets and the stow-on-the-go pole attachments are excellent.
